Subscription Policy & Liability Agreement

1. Service Scope
This subscription package provides content editing, posting twice a week, basic caption writing, and hashtag guidance based on the photos and videos provided by the client. Additional services such as Instagram Stories, in-depth hashtag research, feed layout curation, and a third weekly post are not included unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for providing high-quality photos and videos in a timely manner.
• The client retains ownership of all provided media and is responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to use and distribute the content.
• The client must provide any necessary brand guidelines or specific instructions before content is posted.

3. Posting & Scheduling

• Posts will be scheduled twice per week on pre-determined days. While effort will be made to ensure consistency, posting times may vary slightly.
• Any requested revisions or changes to scheduled posts must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance to accommodate adjustments.

4. Payment & Cancellation

• This is a subscription-based service, and payment must be made in full before the start of each billing cycle.
• The client may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for services already rendered or scheduled within the current billing cycle.
• If payment is not received on time, service will be paused until the outstanding balance is paid.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• While every effort is made to maintain a polished and professional social media presence, the provider is not responsible for changes in platform algorithms, engagement rates, or audience growth.
• The provider is not liable for any copyright or intellectual property claims related to content provided by the client.
• The provider will not be held responsible for any negative feedback, comments, or reputation management issues that may arise due to posted content.
• The provider reserves the right to decline or remove content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of Instagram’s guidelines.

6. Revisions & Adjustments

• Minor adjustments to captions or edits are allowed within reason. Excessive revisions or rework requests may require an upgraded package.
• If additional services are required beyond the outlined scope, they can be discussed and quoted separately.

By subscribing to this service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
